Dress for success

No special equipment or clothing is necessary for the Most Effective Workout in the World for Women!

Come in wearing a comfortable top, shorts or lightweight pants, and athletic shoes. If your hair likes to fly around, we suggest a nice ponytail or bun.

We have free towel service on-site so be sure to grab one of those before your workout. And of course, always wear a smile!


Fuel up

It’s important to have energy when training at a high intensity, so we suggest eating a small meal or snack 30-60 minutes before the workout starts.

We also have a full line of bars, juices, and drinks here that provide the absolute cleanest nutrients and fuel. Good food in, great energy out!


Come early

For your first class, please arrive 15 minutes early to take a tour of your local Pink Iron and meet our staff.

We’ll also have some forms for you to fill out and we can chat about any injuries or pre-existing conditions we should know about.

We are happy to provide modifications for all our workouts to fit any need, and all fitness levels are welcome!
